Amaral & Associates can now offer Home Warranties through Sensible Home Warranty. The Complete System Plan. A seller can pay for it and we can advertise it in the listing to help sell the home faster. The buyer can also purchase the warranty when the agent is working as a Buyers Agent. The agent can add the cost to the Buyers closing costs.

Amaral & Associates is pleased to Announce The Amaral Advantage Retirement Plan. For every sale an agent completes, Amaral & Associates will contribute  towards that agents retirement account. Once the account is opened agents can also send in contributions whenever they want(not required) Amaral & Associates contributions to the individuals account is another token of thanks to agents for contributing to the success of Amaral & Associates. Amaral & Associates also can offer deep discounts on disability and life insurance through a newly acquired vendor who will be managing the retirement account.
